Sometimes you need to make a change!

We all know what foggy looks like and for those of us who seem to be afflicted from time to time with that environment in our heads we know there is no fun there. I’ve decided to declare war on the fogginess (it is clearly not a foggy moment now) and instead of just talking about the extent of the fogginess I am going to actively seek a way out of the fog and so The Daily Fog will now be my daily inspirational message to you and hopefully provide both of us with a helping hand up and out of it.

I seem to be waking up each morning with a feeling of being in quick sand and the knowing that the more I move the deeper I seem to sink. I relayed this thought and emotion to my sister who simply said: “the only way out of quick stand is to keep still and reach out your hand to someone who will pull you out”

Now why didn’t I think about that?
Seems pretty straightforward. Now I’d like to offer Laughing with mr lupus as your helping hand as long as you promise to be mine!

Until tomorrow, yes that’s a promise to you and me to write something each morning. It’s for me really but if you can benefit from it too then we are both on to a winner.
